The personal data controller is the natural person Soňa Parke, ID No.: 873 55 621, with her registered office at Sadová 1423, 564 01 Žamberk, the operator of the website www.parkeart.com. Soňa Parke does not collect and gather any personal data that has not been voluntarily provided by the users of the server through queries and contracts. 


Why do you collect my personal data?



It is simple. I need all the personal data for the proper performance of the Contract for Work that we will conclude. I need the personal data for other legitimate reasons as well, such as for marketing reasons and so that I can contact you again with new offers and events or inform you about new services. 


Such processing is lawful on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 point b) and Article 6 para. 1 point f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data. 


In connection with this, I would like to point out that you also have the right to object to the processing of data that has been processed for the data controller's legitimate interest according to Article 6 para. 1 point f) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 


How do you collect my personal data?



I collect your personal data only if you provide it to me yourself or through cookies or Google Analytics. In the case of data you provide yourself, it is mechanical data collection. Automatic data collection takes place only through the use of Google Analytics on the basis of a legitimate interest for the statistical purposes of determining site traffic and the storage of cookie files for marketing purposes. 


I make every effort to protect the personal data I receive from my customers and visitors to my website. The personal information that you provide me with is stored on my workstations, to which access is restricted and which are located in secure premises. 


What are cookie files, and do you use them? 


When visiting my website, you may receive a notification about how and why I use certain cookie files, and we will offer you the option to accept the use of a particular cookie file.  


At the time when you accept this option, a small amount of information may be stored on your device. These are small text files known as "cookie files" and "anonymous identifiers", which may consist of a random string of characters used for the same purpose as cookies files.  


Cookie files are used to increase the productivity of websites and products, to tailor advertisements to your interests, and to enable certain features of websites or products. 



What data that could be used to identify me do you collect? 



As with many other companies, I also collect certain data that is designated as personal data through which I am able to identify you. Your name or e-mail address is an example of personal data. 


Some personal data can only be collected if you provide it to me yourself. This information may include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and your payment information. I collect it if you contact me about your interest in the work or when concluding a Contract for Work. 


Do you share my data with third parties? 


No, your personal data will not be shared, sold, or leased to third parties. 


When fulfilling your requirements, I entrust other companies such as printing companies and transport companies with the handling of your personal data. I provide these companies only with the personal information needed for the provision of a specific service. I require them to handle this information with discretion and not to use it for other purposes. 


What rights do I have in connection with my personal data?  


You have the right to request that I inform you about what personal data of yours I am processing, for what purposes, in what manner and with whom I am sharing it.  


You may request access to your personal data at any time and request that I update, correct or delete your personal data (provided that this does not affect the performance of the Contract for Work). 


If you do not request the deletion of your information, I may keep it for as long as it is necessary for the performance of the contract and then for as long as a legal dispute can arise from our contractual relationship. As far as the data stored for marketing purposes is concerned, it may be stored for as long as services may be offered to you. 


If you will no longer be interested in my email newsletters, bulletins, and other information, you can unsubscribe from them at any time in the appropriate email. 


You also have the possibility to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection in the Czech Republic.
